Kwik Kar Lube & Tune

I’ve been bringing my car here numerous times for everything from routine oil changes to major repairs, and they never disappoint. Yaser and the rest of the crew are super helpful, knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain exactly what my car needs. It is so hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but this place stands out for their absolute honesty, incredibly quick service, and very reasonable prices. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Great experience at Kwik Kar! The staff was friendly, honest, and got my oil change done quickly without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They explained everything clearly, the waiting area was clean, and the service was fast. My car was finished sooner than I expected, and the pricing was fair. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

Avoid this place if you value honesty and respect. I will never return to this Kwik Kar location on Independence Parkway & Legacy in Plano. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I went in for a simple oil change at the Kwik Kar on Independence Parkway & Legacy in Plano. As expected, they came back with a long list of expensive repairs. When I politely declined and said I wanted a second opinion, their entire attitude changed. Instead of treating me like a valued customer, they treated me as if I didn't matter because I wasn't willing to spend thousands of dollars. What's even more concerning is that they recommended many of these same "urgent" repairs over a year ago. Since then, I've driven about 5,000 miles per month, and my vehicle is still running perfectly fine without a single issue related to what they claimed needed immediate attention. It left me questioning whether these recommendations were truly necessary or simply an attempt to sell expensive services. No customer should feel pressured or disrespected for wanting a second opinion. I will never return to this location, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. If they recommend costly repairs, d

Honestly speaking, this was one of the few car shops that i came to and all of my work was done really professionally. Not only that but i even got a complementary clean on my windshield. From the previous shops i went to, the prices were legit on point. So far I've definitely found my new go to shop. Worth a shot.

As someone with experience in mechanics and body work, I can honestly say this shop did an outstanding job. I brought my car in when it wasn’t drivable, and they professionally repaired it and made it ready for the road again. Their team showed great skill, honesty, and respect for time — everything was done exactly as promised. The body work and mechanical repairs were both excellent, and they clearly care about quality. I really appreciate their professionalism and transparency — highly recommend this place! Thanks,Moo and Sam and Yousef great team
